The Electrolux Bratt Pan offers great versatility in any kitchen. Its manual lift gives precise control and ease when tilting and the specially designed pouring lip helps avoid the risk of spillages.

The main cooking surface is constructed from a 10mm thick alloy that is a combination of 2 different stainless steels providing a great uniform temperature through out the cooking area for better thermal stability & corrosion resistance.

Other features to this bratt pan include, cooking temperature setting through adjustable thermostat and manual tilting mechanism to facilitate pan emptying.

Smooth large surfaces and internal rounded surfaces make this bratt pan easy to clean. Right-angled side edges to allow flush fitting joints between units, eliminating gaps & possible dirt traps to help maintain the hygiene of your kitchen. This bratt pan would be perfect for any commercial kitchen.
